Strong sales can still leave you wondering where the money went. Labor, food costs, waste, inconsistent routines, and service issues all deserve a closer look.

LED BY ANDREW · SERVING METRO DETROIT

Grounded in
restaurant operations.

A useful recommendation has to work during an actual shift.

Andrew brings restaurant general management experience in staffing, service, and daily execution. Profit Per Shift brings that operating perspective to the challenges in your restaurant.

The goal is a clear set of priorities your team can understand and put into practice.

BEFORE WE START

A few practical
questions.

What if my records are incomplete?

That’s okay. Share what you reasonably have from the last 8–12 weeks. The diagnostic uses the available information, identifies gaps, and distinguishes supported findings from questions that need more work.

Who fills out the owner questionnaire?

You complete a short business profile and share your priorities. Andrew leads the eight interview topics and records your answers during the kickoff. Written notes beforehand are optional.

How do we handle restaurant information?

The engagement uses records you are authorized to share. We agree on a secure transfer method, and you remove unnecessary employee, guest, bank, and payment details. Passwords and system credentials are not required. The engagement agreement covers confidentiality and scope.

Does the pilot include implementation?

The pilot includes the assessment, recommendations, action plan, presentation, and 30-day follow-up call. Ongoing implementation support requires a separate agreement.

Do you guarantee a financial result?

No. Recommendations depend on your restaurant’s circumstances and the information available. Results depend on the actions taken and other business conditions.
